Exempt market funds (also known as hedge funds) managed and/or advised by Sentry Select Investments Inc. ("Sentry Select Investments") are qualified for sale only in Canada. Neither this website ("Site") nor an offering memorandum obtained through the Site constitutes an offer or solicitation by any person in any jurisdiction in which such offer or solicitation is not authorized or to any person to whom it is unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding any conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws.
